How to delete your account in 3 steps
- Fill in the form at the end of this page We'll ask for your name, email and an optional message. Your request will reach our support team.
- Important: use the same email as your account The email in the form must be the same one registered in the app. It is the only way to verify the request is genuinely from you and not someone else.
- We reply as soon as possible You'll get a confirmation email once we process the request. Your personal data (allergies, medication, profile, emergency contact, photo) will be erased from our servers within a maximum of 30 days.
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Once deletion is confirmed, we cannot recover your account or its data. If you use the app again later, you'll have to create a new account from scratch.
What exactly gets deleted?
When we confirm the deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your account (email + password).
- Health data: allergies, intolerances, medication, emergency contact, weight, preferred language.
- Profile picture.
- Anonymous device identifiers linked to the account.
- Any usage records tied to your identity.
We only keep — for a limited time — what the law requires (anonymized security logs, legal audit trail). More detail in our privacy policy.
Just want to stop using the app?
If you don't want to delete your account altogether and only want to stop using AllergyKeeper, simply uninstall the app. Your account will stay inactive and you can come back any time.
